YACHT

Yacht is one of our most popular bedrooms situated on the second floor at the front of the property. Therefore, the bedroom has uninterrupted beautiful sea views with amazing sunrises in the winter months. The room is decorated and furnished in whites and creams with a New England theme. LIGHTHOUSE

Lighthouse is on the first floor. This is our Victorian themed room newly decorated in soft yellows. There is a lovely tiled Victorian fireplace with matching tiled washstand. Victorian style double bedstead and stripped pine floorboards. This room has a delightful double aspect view looking over to the sea and to the rear of the property. There is a new en-suite shower room, flat screen TV with freeview and complimentary tea and coffee tray.

SHELL

Shell is situated on the second floor with double aspect windows with views to the sea and over the rooftops to the South Downs. It is newly decorated with a "boutique"theme in teal and stone. The bed is of a French design in rich cherry wood with matching dark furniture giving a cosy feel to the bedroom. There is a 2009 newly installed ensuite double shower room, refreshment tray and flat screen television with freeview.

SEAGULL

Seagull is our ground floor twin bedroom. Newly decorated in soft grey and silver tones it is a very pleasing room with outlooks over the bowling green to sea beyond and over our patio garden. ANCHOR

Anchor is our bedroom situated on the half floor landing leading to the first floor. This is a large bedroom overlooking the rear of the house. The bedroom is decorated in relaxing lilacs and purples and has a large cream kingsize bed. The new en-suite shower room has a large enclosed shower and overall this room is extremely comfortable. There is a flat screen television with freeview and complimentary tea and coffee tray provided.

STARFISH

Starfish is our single bedroom situated on the second floor at the rear of the property. The room has a relaxing feel to it being decorated in creams and plums. The bath and shower room adjoins Starfish and is exclusively for the use of this room. There is a flat screen television with freeview and the usual complimentary refreshment tray.

CASTLE SUITE

Castle Suite is on our lower ground floor accessed from our hallway. It has its own entrance from the hallway down a short flight of stairs into a lobby from which you enter into the first bedroom. From that bedroom you have a door to the separate second bedroom and in the second bedroom can be found the bathroom. Note you do have to go through the second bedroom to find the bathroom. The Castle Suite is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style in pastel greens and pink. There is a King size bed in the first room and two single beds in the second bedroom. Therefore it is ideal for a family with two children. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attached. There is a flat screen tv with freeview and complimentary tea and coffee tray.

DINING ROOM & PATIO GARDEN

The cosy dining room is home from home. It has a large dining table which seats up to eight people. The dining room has double patio doors which leads out into the large patio garden. The garden is used in high summer for breakfast and we have a large eight seater teak table and comfortable padded garden chairs. Our guests are welcome to sit out in our very warm south westerly facing patio garden and relax after a busy day sight seeing.

CONSERVATORY

Situated at the front of the house the sunny conservatory is for guest use. You can sit and read or watch the world go by. Breakfast is also served in the Conservatory in the morning at one of the bistro tables.
